No, Finestra is not a healthcare provider. We do not offer medical services nor offer any advice that should be taken as medical advice.
We depend on four critical sources of data to provide the most accurate and updated information to our users. They are:
- Price transparency lists posted from hospitals and other healthcare providers.
- Government-released data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), as well as health departments of all 50 states and territories.
- Independent contacts with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Direct information from patients.
We strive to be updated with the most recent and accurate information provided by the government and healthcare providers. We work independently to verify the validity of the information provided by users, and will take proactive steps to ensure that the information is as accurate as it can be.
Currently appointments cannot be made through Finestra.
